By placing an order with Mpress Print Inc., you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions stated below. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, do not use any portion of this site.

Written estimates are valid for 30 days. An estimate not accepted within 30 days may be changed.

All orders must be prepaid upon ordering.

Customer is fully responsible for final artwork when submitting the files. Mpress Print inc. is NOT LIABLE for errors like spelling mistakes, cut letters and image quality.

Orders are eligible for cancellation upon request via email within 3 hours after placing the order.

Since each job is custom created by the client and has no re-sale value, once production has started, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If there are any printing errors, we will re-print the order with no extra charge. No Refunds or Credit. The client must notify Mpress Print inc. of the printing defects within 5 business days of order acceptance. Customer must first return 100% of the defected product within 7 days (on their own expense) from the time when the delivery was received. All charges related to rush printing or expedited shipping are NOT REFUNDABLE, including for those orders that are returned for any reason.

Mpress Print inc. is not responsible for delays and/or damage incurred during shipping after leaving our facilities. If the package is returned due to wrong address submission by the client, we will reship the package with corrected address but the client will be responsible for the additional shipping fee.
